Born in 1987, he immediately discovered his love for football. After graduating from the high school of accounting, he followed in the footsteps of his father, Salvatore Bagni, and inspired by his brilliant career, he devoted to the same passion. At the end of his father’s competitive career, he followed him in his subsequent job as a transfer consultant, collaborating with the most important Italian and foreign football companies.
After passing the Fifa Agent exam in 2013, he focused entirely on football agency and expanded his experience. In addition to personally following the activity of players, he developed his skills in mediation between players and football clubs, also scouting young talents.

Football Consultant
A man of character and an impetuous player, the “Warrior” wrote important pages in the history of Italian football. He made his debut at Carpi and then performed superbly at Perugia. Afterwards, he played for Inter and then moved to Naples, where he conquered the Scudetto (1986/1987) and had the pleasure of playing with “El pibe de oro”. He then closed his career at Avellino. He played 41 games in the national team, scoring 5 goals. He won a Scudetto and two Coppa Italia.
Salvatore held several important positions as general manager and technical director of Napoli, technical director of Lazio and Bologna, market consultant at Lazio under the management of Cragnotti, Juventus and Salernitana. He was also a TV commentator for Fininvest, Stream, Rai and Sky. Thanks to the incredible experience gained in the world of football, he developed an exceptional flair for scouting new talents in Italy, Europe and around the world.

Sales and Marketing Consultant
After getting a high school diploma, he specialized in public relations, fully developing his commercial skills through ad hoc training courses. Always fascinated by the world of football, thanks to a providential meeting, he was able to turn his intense passion into work.
Starting a collaboration with Gian Luca and Salvatore Bagni gave him the emotional charge and the motivation to improve his skills “on the field”, traveling to watch matches throughout Europe and forging relationships with Italian and foreign partners.
MAURIZIO DRUDI
Chief Scouting From a young age Maurizio started to cultivate a great passion for football: from the suburban football fields he hit the bigger stadiums, first as a player and then as a coach. In the 90s, meeting with Salvatore Bagni helped him learning new football concepts thanks to the courses he held. These valuable experiences lead him over time to achieve great satisfaction as a coach of several clubs, from the "Allievi Regionali" of the Vallesavio company (in Promotion) to the C2 and C1 series as assistant coach of Rimini Calcio. Maurizio has worked with the "First Team" in San Mauro as assistant coach of Alessandro Mastronicola, as well as collaborating with coaches of football schools in professional clubs that organize summer camps in Italy.

FILIPPO ZONDINI
Athletic Coach A sports and performance lover, he first played football and then practised combat sports where he won an Italian title in Thai Boxing and a bronze medal at the Italian Boxing Championships. He has a degree in Motor Sciences from the University of Urbino and a Master's in Physical Training from the Catholic University in Milan. He is focused on physical and performance improvement with new training methods and the search for maximum performance. He has been the athletic trainer within the professional youth sector for 3 years. His objective? To help each player reach his full potential while minimising the risk of injury
PASQUALE MARANTA
Wellness and Nutrition Specialist A wellness and nutrition specialist, he graduated with honors in biological sciences at the University of Naples. During his studies he worked for two years with an international research group at the Temple University in Philadelphia (directed by Prof. Antonio Giordano) which allowed him to participate in works published in authoritative international journals. He then worked as an assistant/researcher in molecular biology at the Department of Pathological Anatomy at the Secondo Policlinico of Naples with Prof. Umberto Galderisi. After this experience he decided to devote to teaching and to exploit his academic knowledge to work as a professional nutritionist with passion and dedication by participating in seminars, conferences and refresher courses in Italy and abroad. He is a member of the Association of Biologists.
LUCA ZAMBELLI
Attorney After graduating in Law with honours from the University of Bologna, he completed his thesis on Sports Justice under the supervision of established professionals in the area. Trained as an attorney in a prestigious law firm of the Bolognese Forum, he has dealt with sports law at both professional and academic levels, attending specific specialization courses at the University of Milan and providing consultation for sports clubs and litigation legal support for individual athletes. He is currently an Assistant Professor of "Private Law of Sports and Management of Sports Enterprises" at the University of Bologna, where he holds a PhD, and participates in various study groups and gives lectures at university courses. He is a member of the Editorial Committee of the magazine "Diritto dello Sport", where he is responsible for in-depth studies on various issues including sports professionalism, contracts, membership, doping, and management of sports facilities. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he still works as a national basketball referee.
MICHELE CRIVELLI
Independent Asset Manager, Branch ManagerBorn in Lugano, Switzerland, he attended the University of Zurich, Freiburg and Barcelona, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in business management and two post-graduate certificates in finance and strategic management. Later he worked for years in the private banking sector of UBS, the largest Swiss bank, specializing in the management of Italian customers: from capital investment to capital protection, tax optimization and analysis of global assets. In 2016 he decided to leave the bank and go over to the side of customers, reaching Londinium, an independent asset manager based in Dublin, to offer broader services, without conflicts of interest and independently of the bank. He has always been a lover of sports and a connoisseur of the dynamics of elite athletes, having already managed several players and having been an ice hockey professional himself. He speaks 5 languages fluently and can offer his services to players of any nationality.
GABRIELE BONFIGLIOLI
Press Agent 25 years old, a professional journalist with a degree in modern literature and a post-graduate certificate in journalism at the University of Bologna. Bewitched by football and information, he decided to turn passion into work. With a pen or a microphone, it makes no difference: what matters is to tell stories and reach the people, without ever stopping persevering and dreaming. He worked for Telelombardia. He currently collaborates with the website of sports journalist Gianluca di Marzio.
